Lo specchio è bello, ma è arrivato piegato nella parte in fondo e con dei piccoli pezzi in cui il colore mancava…solo che essendo tutto imballato lo abbiamo visto solo quando lo abbiamo aperto del tutto…nonostante tutto, il servizio clienti è stato gentilissimo e super pronto nel cercare di risolvere al meglio il problema, chiedendomi cosa fosse successo e foto dello specchio stesso. Mi hanno offerto poi un buono sconto per un prossimo acquisto come kind gesture!

Avrebbe potuto contattarci comunque ci dispiace immensamente per l'accaduto. Curiamo ogni minimo dettaglio della produzione e dell'imballaggio affinché i nostri specchi arrivino intatti, proprio perché siamo consapevoli del loro valore e della loro delicatezza.

Purtroppo, nonostante le massime precauzioni da noi adottate, la gestione logistica durante il trasporto sfugge al nostro diretto controllo e i corrieri non sempre riservano ai colli la cura che meritano.
La ringraziamo per aver apprezzato la bellezza dello specchio e ci scusiamo ancora per il disagio causato dal trasportatore, ci rendiamo disponibili alla risoluzione del problema.
